Shannon Cook, CPA

Shannon is a Founding Partner and heads the firm’s Real Estate, Business Development, and Leadership Development Groups. With more than 30 years of experience working across a wide range of industries, he has developed deep specialization in tax planning and advisory for real estate, development, home builders, and land development ventures.

His long-standing focus on partnership taxation and real estate, combined with his ability to listen closely, allows him to bring meaningful insight, awareness of opportunities, and strategic solutions to the challenges his clients face. Shannon is passionate about identifying the potential each client possesses, understanding the issues preventing them from reaching that potential, and then guiding them through those obstacles with clarity and intention.

A Certified Public Accountant and proud graduate of Virginia Tech, Shannon is an enthusiastic outdoorsman. Outside of work, he can often be found spending time with his family, on the golf course, or in the woods hunting.
