Connor Walcher

Connor Walcher is a Staff Accountant at Meadows Urquhart. He supports financial reporting, tax preparation, and audit services for a wide range of clients. With two years of prior experience in oil and gas accounting, Connor brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and strategic insight to his work. He earned his degree in Accounting from Oklahoma Wesleyan University and is currently pursuing his CPA designation.

Connor is passionate about understanding how businesses operate and enjoys applying financial principles to support their growth and efficiency. His entrepreneurial mindset allows him to think beyond the numbers, approaching financial challenges with a business owner’s perspective and long-term vision.

Outside of the office, Connor enjoys real estate investing, history, politics, and civic engagement. He also values time with his wife, exploring the Virginia countryside, working toward a homesteading lifestyle, and playing pickleball.
