In Your Shoes – Like our approach to serving clients, we put ourselves in each other’s shoes, too. And we recognize that understanding is a two-way street. Our partners are dedicated to helping staff progress in their careers and are also transparent about the firm’s goals. When given the right tools and support, we believe every staff has the potential to one day become a partner.
Team – We have each other’s back. Not just in times of need, but on each and every project we undertake. Partners, directors, and staff collaborate and encourage each other in new challenges—you won’t find silos here. We have fun as a team, too, by holding celebrations and social outings throughout the year.

Giving back to the community- both in Richmond and elsewhere- is an essential part of Meadows Urquhart’s culture. Not only do we count many local nonprofits among our clients, but our team members serve on several boards. Every year, employees dedicate a day to a community service project. We’ve volunteered with ProjectHOMES, the Community Food Collaborative, Habitat for Humanity, the Doorways, and many others.
We also participate in annual fundraisers for organizations including the Pediatric Connection, the Children’s Hospital Foundation, and SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now).
