What “In Your Shoes” means to me
“'In your shoes' means to think for the other person, understanding how the other person would feel. When working with a client or a teammate, by being in their shoes we can serve the client greater and develop a better working chemistry with our team. In addition, it builds a basis of trust and respect between one and other as we stepped in other’s shoes. To me, 'in your shoes' isn’t just important in business, but also very import in our everyday life."
