What “In Your Shoes” means to me
“During my first interview, my attention was immediately caught when the “in your shoes” principle was explained to me – it was exactly the kind of environment I had been seeking. Since then, I have seen how the partners, managers, and staff, have made it into an all-encompassing philosophy. It represents the way in which we connect with our clients, and conveys a sense of understanding and mindfulness that can be used to help our clients reach their full potential.”
